Nikki Gonzales has spent two decades at the intersection of industrial automation, commercial leadership, and community building. Her career spans sales engineering, early-stage startups, advisory work, and industry media, with a consistent thread of translating technical complexity into practical momentum for the people and organizations she works with.
Today, Nikki leads business development at Weintek USA, a global HMI specialist with a 30-year track record trusted by machinery OEMs across packaging, data centers, robotics, and process industries. She is also the founder and podcast co-host of Automation Ladies, a media platform amplifying voices across the automation industry, and co-founder of OT SCADA CON, a grassroots community conference focused on operational technology and industrial automation.
Nikki brings a grounded, pattern-oriented perspective to conversations about workforce, technology, and what it actually takes to build durable value in manufacturing. She gravitates toward the moments where engineering, commercialization, and storytelling overlap, and believes the industry’s biggest transitions are also its biggest opportunities.
I am also including our social media manager Veronica who can help promote the event on our side so please keep her included on any of those things. We will also go ahead and add MAX to our events list on our website.
