With 20+ years of experience across utility operations, industrial software
systems, and operational excellence strategy, Jessica blends deep frontline
expertise with modern AI-enabled decision support. Her work spans
complex production environments where quality, throughput, automation,
and people intersect — from assembly lines and material handling systems
to integrated process automation and digital transformation initiatives.

At Golgix, Jessica champions a Glass Box AI approach — transparent,
explainable machine learning that operators and engineers can trust and
apply to real problems. She focuses on unlocking latent value in existing
data, reducing variability, empowering cross-functional teams, and driving
measurable impact on efficiency, quality, and asset performance.

A frequent voice in industrial communities, Jessica serves on the Board of Directors for the Wisconsin
Section of the American Water Works Association and is a past board member of RENEW Wisconsin. She
holds bachelor’s degrees in Finance and Marketing, an Executive Master of International Business
Administration, and is a Certified Energy Manager (CEM).
