Denise Hall is president and CEO of Peak Performance, a workforce training & consulting firm helping manufacturers achieve operational excellence. Peak Performance operates the U.S. Smart Factory Institute, which is part of a global network of institutes, providing manufacturers with connections, collaborative relationships, and certifications for improving manufacturing processes by providing them with access to the latest technology in advanced manufacturing.

With a career spanning more than 25 years with Corning, Inc. and their subsidiaries, Hall held positions including Director of Worldwide Manufacturing Effectiveness, Director of Operations, Plant Manager and Engineering manager.
Hall received her electrical engineering degree from Syracuse University and executive certificates from University of Kentucky, Vanderbilt University, and Massachusetts Institute of Technology.
