Following the Workforce Development panel, attendees are invited to join a moderated roundtable lunch designed to continue the conversation in a more interactive setting. Each table will focus on a specific workforce development topic—such as skills training, talent pipelines, retention strategies, next-generation expectations, or the impact of automation and AI—led by an assigned moderator. Participants can choose the topic most relevant to them, share ideas, learn from peers, and build valuable connections while exploring practical strategies for strengthening today’s manufacturing workforce.
