I’m an Exhibitor, how do I register?
Exhibiting companies receive 3 complimentary registrations per 100 net square feet (nsf) of paid exhibit space (for example, a 10×10 booth = 3 comp registration, a 10×20 = 6 comp registrations). A custom discount code will be provided to all exhibiting companies by event management upon receipt of exhibit contract. If you need your code resent, please contact registration at MAX@executivevents.com.
Additional Exhibitor Badges are for exhibiting staff beyond the complimentary allotment included with your booth.
Are hotel discounts and parking available?
YES! Visit the travel page to book through the official room block to receive discounted rates at hotels within walking distance of the convention center. Public parking is available from $15 per day.
When are Exhibit Hall Hours?

What is the cancellation policy?
Registered attendees may cancel up to 30 days prior to the start of the event for a full refund, and up to 14 days prior to the start of the event for a 50% refund. Cancellations received less than 14 days prior to the start of the event are not eligible for a refund. Cancellations must be made by the registered attendee and submitted by email to MAX@executivevents.com. Substitutions can be made at any time without penalty.
