Morgann Harrell is the Senior Director of Business Development at Superior Skilled Trades, based in the Nashville area. With over 12 years of experience in construction and industrial staffing, Morgann brings deep industry knowledge, a relationship-driven approach, and a strong focus on long-term partnerships across the Southeast.

Prior to joining SST, Morgann served as President of Highland Industrial Staffing for more than three years, where she led growth initiatives and supported large-scale industrial projects. She currently serves as the Regional Vice Chair for Women in Manufacturing (WiM) Middle Tennessee, advocating for workforce development and leadership advancement within the industry.

Originally from Athens, Georgia, Morgann is a proud third-generation University of Georgia graduate and unapologetically bleeds red and black. She and her husband are Nolensville residents who enjoy exploring local restaurants, thrifting together, and spending time outdoors with their three dogs—Kennedy, Franklin, and Nellie. Outside of work, Morgann’s greatest joy is her three-year-old stepson, Bryant, whose boundless energy keeps her on the move! Her work is grounded in strong relationships, trust, and a genuine passion for the people behind the projects.
